Nemetacum, the antique city of Arras

Founded 2000 years ago by the Romans, a part of the city of Nemetacum can be shown to you. The archaeological remains bear witness to the daily life of the capital of the Atrébates. You will discover the «Schola des Dendrophores» (the Gallo Roman Woodworkers’ Guild), built in the middle of the third century and unearthed during recent archaeological digs, and then the remains of the ancient town in the Cité.
